Push assassinated Drake's character on "The Story of Adidon" over 5 years ago.
One of the most dramatic – albeit entertaining – rap beefs we've seen play out over the years was between Drake and Pusha T back in 2018, when the New York native dropped off a diss track called "The Story of Adidon" that ultimately resulted in the world learning about the Canadian rapper's young son, Adonis, who he had previously kept out of the spotlight before confirming his paternity.
At the time, the two used the power of their pens to throw shade at one another, culminating in some of the most memorable internet moments in recent history.
Earlier this year, over a half-decade after their feud erupted, the Daytona hitmaker said that he was unconcerned about any tension between him and Champagne Papi, and the 44-year-old reaffirmed those comments in his most recent interviews.
Pusha T said on The Breakfast Club to promote his new It's Almost Dry album that he's delighted to see that his good friend Kanye West and Drizzy have mended their difficulties, but that he's "still outside" at the moment.
"I don't really stand to gain anything from squashing anything," the father of one revealed. "I'm not going to entertain it, but there's nothing I want out of the scenario. I don't want to make a record, I don't want to do anything."
Essentially, Pusha T believes he and Drake hav "nothing to talk about." He told hosts, "[We've] been through it and that's just that," before adding that he's in a place where he's making music that's aligned with his mission, whereas the "4422" rapper isn't.
In other developments, the "Neck & Wrist" hitmaker addressed a recently leaked Jack Harlow track, which is claimed to feature a diss from the 6ix God intended at him — read more about that here, and check back in with HNHH later for more celebrity news updates.
